Hunger Free Colorado "Hungry for Change" Campaign

Hunger Free Colorado (HFC) is the only statewide anti-hunger advocacy organization in Colorado. Created in 2009, its mission is to end hunger in Colorado by leveraging the power of system change, policy change and social change to educate, advocate and mobilize Coloradans to take an active stance against hunger in our state. Sector Brands worked with HFC to create an organizational brand identity and brand campaign that positions HFC as a ‘social transformer’ on the issue of hunger, changing how Coloradans view hunger (awareness), understand the issue (understanding) and ultimately, take action to help end hunger. These ‘Hungry for Change’ concepts, which are currently in the process of being produced, serve to position HFC’ efforts as a ‘growing movement’ involving a range of diverse voices and individuals, all banding together to ask for change, solutions and better answers. By driving people to its website, the organization is ‘opening the door’ for constituents to engage with HFC and the issue of hunger in more specific ways depending on where each individual’s entry point or interest is.
